Featuring some of his favorite artists as well as original tracks and remixes (including a brand new unreleased dubstep track with i Catching), David Starfire created 5Black Rock Beatz as a virtual playa soundtrack for those who make the annual trek to the Burning Man Arts Festival.David Starfire is a passionate Producer/Composer/Multi Instrumentalist/DJ that lives in LA and produces a variety of music from dance to rock to hip hop to bhangra and everything in between. He’s signed to internationally acclaimed label Six Degrees Records, which is home to The Orb, Michael Franti, Bebel Gilberto, Cheb I Sabbah and others. His songs have been played on BBC, NPR, National Geographic and top DJ’s are spinning his remixes around the globe.

Recorded with Burning Man and Love Fest in mind, Smoove crafted the sexy, funky Love And Dust set in the fall of 2006.Described by some as "your girlfriend's favorite DJ," Smoove has made a name for himself as one of the best breaks DJ's on the west coast. Based in San Francisco, he's made NiteVibe's annual DJ Dream Team top ten list for three years running in the bay area. He's played to crowds in venues ranging from dodgy warehouses, parties in the desert, and clubs of all shapes and sizes. This is Eskmo's incredible performance from that night.Eskmo (aka Brendan Angelides) is a multi-talented writer, producer, graphic illustrator, and photographer as well as live PA artist and DJ. Recording and releasing original material since 1999, under the name Eskmo for uptempo/aggressive works and Welder for downtempo efforts. He's played all over the country, including New York, Philadelphia, Boulder, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Boston - 2006 marked his first trip to Black Rock City.

Every set Oscure plays is amazing, but his performance at the first Temple Of Breaks in 2004 was pure magic. Space Island sailed the Space Wench from their camp in Black Rock City out to The Temple Of Dreams sometime after dark on Wednesday night and dropped a sound system on the playa dust at Burning Man, where an amazing lineup of artists transformed it into The Temple Of Breaks.
